Limitless Sportfishing Terms and Conditions* Reservations require a 50% deposit.
* Advertised fares are cash discounted. A service charge of 3.5% will be required for all CC transactions.
* Your deposit is forfeited if you cancel your trip within 45 days of departure date.
* Cancellations made 45 days or more before a trip will be refunded or may be credited towards the booking of a new trip, within one year of the original trip date. Your cancellation must be submitted in writing to matt@limitlesssportfishing.com. Phone cancellations do not qualify for a refund or credit.
* When all members of a charter group arrive after the scheduled time of departure, causing the boat to leave later than planned, the boat will still return to the dock at the regularly scheduled time.
* I understand there is no charge for the use of Limitless Sportfishing's fishing equipment. However, in the event that the fishing equipment is damaged, lost or destroyed by me or anyone in my group I will replace the equipment at my own expense.
* No illegal drugs are permitted aboard.
* Prescription drugs can only be carried by the person to whom they're prescribed. Prescription drugs must be in their original container with the valid, unexpired
* Please bring your own blankets and pillows for overnight trips and longer. A clean, fitted sheet will be provided.
* A fuel surcharge may be imposed if diesel prices exceed ($4.00 p/gallon).
* Passports are required on all Coronado Islands/Baja coastline trips.
